Short Term (Hourly) Rental Rates - 4 hours maximum
Purpose: Short term rentals are offered to Riverside Community Club members to accommodate the use of the hall for events that aligns with Riverside Community Club’s (RCC) mission: “to foster and promote sporting, recreational, charitable, educational and social activities”. A short description of event must be provided for review.
Hourly Rentals – 7 day minimum advance request
$35 hr includes hall and use of Kitchen/Meeting Room; $100 refundable cleaning deposit
For Community Club Members to book events that align with the RCC Mission.
$25 hr includes hall and use of Kitchen/Meeting Room; $100 refundable cleaning deposit
For Community Club Members living within the geographical catchment area of Ashton Creek/Trinity Valley, Area F, to book events that aligns with the RCC Mission.
No fee Main Hall ONLY (no kitchen/meeting room use permitted)
For Community Club Members to book events that align with the RCC Mission
Approved Responsible Member (ARM). Kitchen/meeting room may be rented separately.
$75 Day Kitchen/Meeting Room ONLY (no main hall use permitted); $100 refundable cleaning deposit.
Purpose: For Community Club members living within the geographical catchment area of Ashton Creek/Trinity Valley,
Area F as defined by RDNO, to host small, private events activities: family gatherings ie birthdays, dinners, private use (ie is not open to public). This category is not subject to the 4 hour maximum. Kitchen/meeting room may be rented separately.
